- Preparation of detailed signaling schemes and interlocking plans to suit client specifications
Conceiving and Designing
- Conceiving and designing the layout of relay racks, panels, power equipment, and circuit diagrams.
Documentation
- Translating the above into an interlinked circuit diagram nominating various types of electromechanical relays to cater to various functions to suit the design and execution.
- Documentation of contact charts of the relays deployed for proper execution and easy Otto maintenance
- Design and execution of power supply arrangements for the systems.
- Documentation of co-relation plans after commissioning.
Erection of landline network
- Erection of landline network for railway communication to cater for omnibus circuits, point-to-point circuits, and selective and trunk line circuits on a turnkey basis.
Testing and commissioning
- Testing and commissioning the system as per client specifications.
Execution on a turnkey basis
- Field works like, cable laying and termination, erection and wiring of location: huts and color light signals.
- Installation of points machines, tokenless block instruments, track circuits, axle counters (both digital & analog), and commissioning.
Civil contract works
- Amalco rail infra is taking up Civil contract works for the railways.
